Hmmm. I couldn't do this, just because aesthetically, it looks like a hanging closet shoe rack.
No hiding that, Jim! LOL! I'm reminded of the "Emperor's New Clothes"...
I am afraid I am with Jim on this one...reminds me of a closet organizer for shoes. I would wonder about the drainage though as well.

Well....What ever floats your boat I guess. I would want plants that cascaded to hide the shoe pouches though LOL! Might work for herbs if you had just a small balcony garden.Enjoy this little warm up Ilona.Lona
