Wedding Flowers

I am helping to plan the flowers for a February wedding. The general plan is to have a strongly red color scheme with touches of pink, and make centerpieces for the table with an Asian feel. I came up with some lists of flowers commonly available at that time:

The importance of knowing which flowers are usual in the wedding month takes precedence. It doesn't matter what you like, if it isn't available!

Roses are available year-round and the bride feels these are a must, so right now the challenge is to figure out an elegant design, and the other flower choices. I'll be reporting on my progress as I get a better picture of how it is all supposed to look.
